  Finally made it and wished i'd have tried this place out sooner.
  Warm & cozy atmosphere, pleasantly decorated for Christmas. (Where is the Christmas music?) Had the Wild rice omelet and the wife had the Denver. Both were amazing! Hash browns cooked to perfection and the fresh Caraway Rye bread was fantastic. Brought home a loaf.
  Going back ASAP.

  One word, "desserts". This little joint has great food, coffee, and a very friendly staff. Definitely take the time to check out their full menu. However, the real reason to stop at the Cornerstone Cafe is to try their unbelievably well made desserts. I have to warn you, these house made sweets are incredibly addicting.
  
  Make sure to call in and place an order 3 days ahead if you are interested in purchasing an entire carrot cake or French silk pie. These two dissappear fast =)

  We have visited this cafe a couple of times and have loved it every time. The service, food, and atmosphere are top notch. It is a cozy little place and everything we've eaten tastes carefully and lovingly homemade. This is a must-stop destination if you're passing by Monticello. We will certainly be back!
